He launched Verdict AI, an enterprise automating compliance for AI companies operating in high-risk environments. Their systems generate regulator-ready documentation that bridges trust between emerging technology and legal oversight. With over 50 AI companies using their platform, Verdict AI is redefining how organizations approach compliance.
Beyond these ventures, Daanish remains deeply immersed in artificial intelligence and IT systems, developing tools that enhance efficiency and transparency. His broader mission is to shape global technology policy and guide the legal frameworks that govern innovation.

Zain is Co-Founder & President of Verdict AI, where he simplifies AI compliance for high-stakes legal and government use cases. Alongside Verdict, he leads multiple ventures across e-commerce, automation, and digital brand development, each rooted in building scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
As CEO & Co-Founder of Pechaan, a culture-driven apparel brand rooted in identity, storytelling, and community, Zain oversees brand growth, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations. From managing cross-functional teams and interns to scaling marketing, partnerships, and product launches, his role spans growth strategy, operational execution, and ensuring alignment between creative vision and business outcomes.
Currently serving as a Space Systems Engineer in a cleared environment supporting advanced GEOINT and multi-INT systems, Zain bridges systems engineering and applied AI, focusing on automating analysis pipelines, modernizing data flows, and driving operational efficiency through innovative technology integration.
He's focused on advancing AI adoption through secure, practical, and scalable systems that serve both public and private sectors. Passionate about the intersection of security, innovation, and entrepreneurship, Zain is always open to connecting with fellow builders, operators, and professionals pushing AI forward.
